This place was delicious! I can't wait to go back to do a video review of this spot. It's so affordable. I got a Chicken wing combo for $8 that came with Wings (I chose the garlic flavored sauce), Fries, a side salad and a drink. The staff behind the counter was very friendly and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good wings. They'll see me again soon on one of my cheat day

This place is by far one of my favorites. They cook e everything fresh and all dishes I've had are so good it's hard to pick a favorite. The people behind the counter are always super friendly so mix that with the food keeps me coming back!!

I was craving fried chicken but I didn't want Colonel Sanders...I just wasn't feeling bones in my chicken...*gasp* yes I know anything on the bone tastes better... But hey a girls gotta get what a girl wants. :)
So I looked up fried chicken and specifically looked for popcorn chicken... And since I'm always always craving something spicy...I thought Angry Chicken would be perfect!
Just so everyone understands...I did not actually goto the restaurant...I just got delivery through my trust Yelp app. :)
I placed the order, popcorn chicken with their spicy sauce. They had a selection so that you could've picked whichever sauce that you wanted. I chose spicy cuz well... Spicy = good eats in my book! :) Then I saw the mozzarella sticks and I was intrigued. So I said... Why not! Then I figured... You know.. too many carbs and too many fried foods....hhhmmm... Not that healthy... Let me throw in a salad. (Like the salad was supposed to really balance out the fried chicken and the fried cheese... But at least I can say that tried! Lol)
So when the food got delivered...I was kind of expecting the chicken to be a little soggy since it was hot chicken in a styrofoam container. Well... Boy was I wrong! They must've used some kind of rice flour or other starch to coat the chicken bites cuz even after being trapped in the styrofoam container and being tossed in the spicy sauce, the chicken bites were still crispy! Oh yeah I was one happy girl! Then I saw the rice and I was like really? Plain rice... I'll pass... But then I noticed that some of the sauce has dripped from the chicken to the rice. I took one bite and I was as hooked on the rice as I was with the chicken. The rice was perfectly cooked... Not too mushy and not to dry... It tasted delicious! The only draw back was that I ordered extra meat... And I wished that they would've packaged the extra meat separately. They just dumped it on top of the dish and I couldn't really get a sense of the portion size of the dish.
The mozzarella sticks were surprisingly yummy! The wonton skin kept their crunch so that instead of getting the soggy breaded mozzarella sticks I've gotten from other places... They were still crunchy on the edges... The center was a little chewy but I think that was from being delivered.
So far everything that I have tried there was delicious but the salad was odd... When they said salad...I was expecting a salad with greens... Instead I got shredded cabbage...:/ Umm...I was like where's my salad... But then I realized that this was the salad since it had the ranch dressing in it. Once I put in their housemade ranch dressing to the cabbage it tasted like a watery coleslaw... The dressing was definitely not thick enough to coat the shredded cabbage. So that was a little weird.
Overall, this place was great! I would definitely order from here again and I definitely want to actually goto the location and try it again with hot fresh food. I'm expecting it to be even better! This was a great find! I'll definitely be back! -

Really good chicken for a great price. I had wings, both the hot & spicy and soy sauce flavors. The chicken is Korean-style - really crispy and not too greasy. The popcorn chicken is also super crispy, and comes over rice. The shop is very small, so I took my order to a nearby park. I think it's a great affordable take-out option.

It was time to see how angry this chicken really was! My oh my how time flies the prices I saw on yelp was $6 for the popcorn but prices have risen to $8, still worth it!! They give you a ton of chicken, probably enough to feed 3-4 friends lmao. They give you a huge bed of rice at the bottom too it was excellent. Their popcorn chicken comes more with a spicy mayo type of sauce which sets them apart. Awesome foodie joint, must try!!
